“The cottage is a perfect size for four people it was very comfortable clean I would recommend it to anyone it has everything you need except a hair dryer which is because some guests took it home with them but honestly it’s a lovely place to stay ”

“We stayed here for a couple days while visit family and it had everything we needed. Full kitchen with dining table and very comfy living room. Bathroom is located downstairs with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The bedrooms are fairly small, especially two of them but we only required the main one. The cottage is attached to the main house and there is a small back patio which is very nice. There is one parking spot in front and the home is located on a narrow country lane. There are beautiful walks……

“Everything was wonderful from check in to our time spent at the property. Very modern and clean, comfy beds and plenty of room for our dogs. “My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. “The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. The tv was not a smart tv as stated and the shower was very small , I’m glad neither of us were big people as it was tight to get between the shower and sink to use the toilet and there was no tv in the bedroom , we found on arrival a hot tub which I wish we knew about , unfortunately it was not the weather to use it. yes we would stay again despite the few little negative things . ”

“Facilities amazing we didnt need to go anywhere the property had everything we needed. Pool was a favourite & perfect for the children even the baby . Games room was a hit & had everything you needed in it . We were impressed by the provisions provided by the hosts from toiletries to condiments. The grounds were beautiful too . Finally Royston was very friendly & helpful he couldn’t do enough for us if we needed him we just needed to ask . We will definitely return thanks for a great holiday !……
