“The most terrible experience I have ever made!!!! they did not change towel daily, they did not clean room daily, office won't open until 10AM and shut at 11PM!!!!!”

“My family and I stayed at this property while our kids were competing for the weekend at the Greenesboro Acquatic Center (GAC). The location was extremely close and convenient to the GAC and the host was very responsive to all requests including accommodating us with an earlier check-in and later check-out. We would definitely look to stay here again for future swim meets at the GAC.”

“Private back yard space with the string lights was perfect for our family! The thoughtful details were much appreciated - from the well stocked kitchen and coffee bar to the firewood and fire starters to high end towels and toiletries. “We were in town for a soccer tournament. The house is lovely just like the pictures. We have teen boys and the two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect. The house is thoughtfully laid out and stocked with everything we needed! The coffee bar was my favorite part! It was too hot to enjoy to fully enjoy all the outdoor area has to offer but it is beautiful. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves needing to stay in Greensboro another time. Thank you!”

“The house was clean, easy to access and a great location overall. It is only a few minutes from the coliseum, shops and down town area. The family had a blast at the water park, which was less than 15 minutes away. ”

"I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many cockroaches in such a cold weather. This was obviously unusual. I knew that the price was already affordable. I didn't expect too much, but in the water Cockroaches really scared me. I can't imagine what would happen if I drank it. I hope the hotel manager should pay attention to this problem and can't imagine what the summer here will be like."
