BUT kitchen lacked basic necessities including tableware for more than 2, bowls/measuring cups, toaster, and a coffee maker that had all its parts. Appliances were missing pieces. Bedding was worn but clean. Plastic covered so much of the property, including a mattress making every movement noisy.
