The room and hotel was very dated and smelled bad. I cancelled my stay and went to another hotel . I had prepaid for the room through Expedia and lost my payment for the room. It just smelld very bad that I could not stay there. I would nt recommend this hotel.

When we checked in the clerk informed us that the elevator was not working and we had a handicap room booked but it was on the Third floor. It was evident to her that I would not be able to do the stairs. She was able to give us a room that was posted as out of order. The room was doable for sleeping. The tub was not cleaned out from work that had been done on it. Further inspection the air conditioner did not work and the tv did not work. There was debris on the floor in the hall way. I kept watching staff members walk past it but did nothing about it until I pointed it out to them. My main complaint is that when the elevator was not working they should have contacted the people that booked the handicapped room and ask them if they can handle the stairs or if they needed to be on the main floor or even given the opportunity to change hotels. That would have been the proactive way to deal with the problem. Because we came in late, 11pm, the night clerk Olivia became our hero. She went over and above to make sure we had a place to sleep that night. I just wish the facility itself had shown more pride of ownership. From all the staff to management and ownership. If the manager was doing his job Olivia would not have to scramble to get us a substandard room. And the appearance would have been better if they would just look at the debris on the floor and remove it.

Pool was nasty ( didnt even use due to this), elevator didnt work (we were on the 4rth floor), first room and stairwell (had to use because elevator didnt work)smelled like an old dusty attic that hadn't been open in years. (Woman at front desk was helpful and nice, She did switch our room out) Second room was better but still not great. Washer and dryer was ripped out and not available. (My son had 4 basketball games and we needed it and it says it has one on website). They could of offered a discount but acted like "oh well" All in all I wont be staying here again.

The mattresses were stained and nasty. The a\c sounded like a jet engine. And no luggage cart available the lady said she was going to get us a luggage cart and never seen her again so we brought it in ourselves. Won’t be going back to comfort suites

We were here just one night so it was a fairly reasonably priced stay. Nothing special. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

This property should remove the fitness center from their advertising. They have a small room with two unusable elliptical machines--the Start button is broken on one so you can't program a workout. Breakfast is advertised as well but the options are all gluten-containing. At most "full breakfast" there is an option for eggs or breakfast meat. This was just biscuits, gravy, waffles, and cereal. So I went over to Target and got a protein bar and a yogurt instead. The couch in the room was dirty and stained. I spent as little time there and then booked at another hotel when I ended up needing an extra night. Do not recommend.
