This vacation home has 9 bedrooms and can accommodate 20 people, which is ideal for family reunions, groups of friends or conferences. It is located in Wierum, 100 m from the Wadden Sea.

You are staying in a country house on the Dutch coast. The beach is 1 km away and stores are 5 km away. In the surroundings you can take beautiful walks and enjoy nature. Also visit the island of Ameland.

The luxurious country house has 6 bathrooms, a hot tub and a private terrace. From the 3rd floor you have a beautiful view of the mud flats. There is also WiFi in the house and a washer and dryer available.

Cooking workshops can be given on request and chefs can also be arranged to come and cook. This also applies to breakfast, which can be arranged and will be provided for you. The neighbourhood supermarket can arrange groceries and come and deliver them, also the special butcher in Ternaard can be booked and will then bring your order to your home. Full use is made of local residents and collaborations with local entrepreneurs, much is possible, ask your House Owner about all the possibilities both for business and private groups.


This property is not rented to young people under the age of 20. Organizing parties and drinking parties is prohibited. Also, loud music, shouting, roaring engines and confetti are not allowed in this house. Since the house is located in a nature reserve, it must be quiet and not too light at night.

Bicycles can be rented in the neighboring village, they can also be brought if necessary.

With 20 people you can keep 1.5 m distance here.
A dedicated separate smoking area is available inside.

This house is very suitable for business meetings and groups wishing to come here for a time to work and or hold a retreat.
