“This property is very nicely decorated. But you definitely discover all of its inadequacies once you get inside. The shower is so small that you can’t turn around in it without bumping into a wall. The stove and the refrigerator are so close next to each other that, if you can’t open the oven door all the way(making it almost impossible to use the oven. There wasn’t any cleaning supplies in the unit and once I spoke with the owner, he sent over bleach and fabuloso and five garbage bags! I……

“Location - Being a Dayton native, this location was great for being near my family while visiting for the holiday. It has great proximity to a grocery store and close enough to major streets. It also has its own driveway which makes it feel secure to park your car. Cleanliness - The minor thing we noticed is that a lot of the dishes provided felt greasy and we needed to wash them before using. It may be from the dish liquid because even after we washed the dishes, we noticed some greasiness……

“Steve was a great host and has a surprisingly great place that you’ll enjoy, as long as street noise is not an issue for you. It is on a busy street and the property is not set back far from it. This aside, it is well-maintained and tastefully decorated place with very comfortable beds and most everything you’d want anticipated from Keurig coffee machine to books to read.”

“Driving down the street was worried property wouldnt be all that it showed. Have had that happen before. But once we walked thru the front door our minds was set at ease. The place was very clean, more well equipped than i imagined it would be, and the beds and furniture so very comfy!! The hot tub was very relaxing! We didnt venture out other than the event we went down there for the place was so relaxing! One of the best experiences ever. The kids wanted to stay longer but i had to come back……
