“The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for what we needed. It was close to the Elk Visitor Center and other parks that we wanted to visit. We would stay at this location again. ”

“This was brand new cabin which was very spacious. Many extra touches…fabulous coffee bar, snacks and even toiletries (not the standard) in the bathroom. The fire pit was inviting but it was so dry we opted for the porch where we listened to the elk bugling. You are right in the main elk viewing area but on a quiet side road. We stayed for 2 nights. Very comfortable accommodations. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. We did communicate with the hosts and they……

“We used the property as a base to view the elk and scenery in the area. We had the things we needed for a great stay. Best WiFi we’ve had in a VRBO. ”

“This is what I call getting away. My family had a great week from early morning hot tub soaks to family feuds over playing Uno and Monopoly! We only got one clear night in the star gazing field and the moon was a bit to bright but it was still beautiful. The property is clean and well stocked with just about everything you could need! We will definitely be back!”

“The house was set back in away from the road noise. Was a very enjoyable weekend stay. We did see deer and turkeys on property. Would definitely book again! ”

“We stayed in the tree house because of it's location on the Elk County Trail of Dreams. As soon as we parked we were welcomed with the sounds of a nearby stream. The kids enjoyed exploring nature and being secluded. We even learned to enjoy swaying back and forth through a brief thunderstorm. It is a legitimate tree house. With all the natural charm it's easy to forget your only 30 seconds away from the Elk Life Store. There was planting of SxS/ATV traffic going by, but that's why we were there.……

“Cabin is absolutely gorgeous! Very well stocked with all the necessities that we needed. Very private and so peaceful! Took games in case of a “rain day” but found the cabin had the exact games that I packed (Sequence , Phase 10, and a deck of cards). The hot water in the cabin was better than mine at home! The driveway was a little bit scary….but not a problem at all! Probably a different story in snow. The owner was very informative and quick on responses. I highly recommend and would……

“My family attended a family wedding the week a the Dam Inn and reserved both Gone Fishing and Barely Awake for the weekend.We found both properties to be very clean, nicely furnished and looked to be almost brand new.Both cabins are situated with the North Branch of the Clarion river running through the back of the property.
