“We traveled to the Upper Valley for a ski weekend and this house was very convenient to Quechee, I-89, and Woodstock. Our son loved the swingset and exploring in the woods! We missed having a dishwasher but there was ample dish drying area provided. ”

“The location is amazing right on the river with walking distance to downtown Woodstock. As an old colonial, the house is full of antique charm. It's well equipped for a small family. The only real issue we had was the heating system is an old steam radiator system that's a little bit noisy.”

“This is the perfect family ski base for a family of 6 with or without a dog. It was cozy and spacious at the same time. Clean, quiet and very well stocked. Plenty of drawers, shelves and a large space at the entrance for all your ski gear. Beautiful Vermont views including a big, old barn with a cupola on top like something out of a postcard. It was about 13 minutes from Killington and not close to many dining options, but neither were an obstacle for us. Just a note that there are 2 bunk rooms……

“The host went above and beyond for us! There were plenty of linens, towels, spare toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen— coffee, spices, oils, you name it! My sister lives close by and I can’t wait to make this our go to VRBO when visiting her. The guest book and welcome station was also quite memorable! If only I could share the photos I took. Thank you for a great stay and making this place feel like home away from home!”

“Lovely, clean property in beautiful setting. Cozy little escape! So close to amazing trails and hikes. Gorgeous setting. We have family in QueChee and it was perfectly located and so nice to have our own space! Would love to stay there again!”
