“Very smooth process for entry and departure. Everything was great quality, including the cookware! Hard to find pots and pans that are great to use in a rental. The screened in porch was used more than anything I think. Ample beach chairs, a wagon, and two Shibumi shades for the beach!! Will definitely stay here again. ”

“We enjoyed a week on the beach visiting with our girls who are at UNC. We appreciated accommodations that allowed our family dog to visit with the girls too. The gated deck and easy walkway to the beach were helpful to all. Everything was fresh and clean inside the home.”

My wife and I tried it out and liked it so much we re-booked for another 5 months. The property manager was easy to deal with and the owner was very proactive for minor requests we had. “The beds were great and very comfortable! However, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirt and macaroni noodles on the floor. It also would have been nice to know the pools were closed before we arrived. Overall, the place was nice and perfect for our needs. ”
