“This was a lovely property. The best part by far is the porch that overlooks a golf hole. A few pieces of feedback for the property owner. Because renters will likely choose to rent here for a longer duration of time you may want to consider the following updates/upgrades: - Update cable TV package beyond basic cable or advise renters that they will need a streaming service such as a Roku. We had to purchase and setup a Roku. - 1 or 2 non stick fry pans - Non breakable cups/glasses - Change……

“The property was well equipped and the golf cart was a real pleasure. The location is a little out of the way until they finish EastPort and Middleton. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The lanai was nice but unusable at times because the trailer park on the other side of the fence was burning something. Overall we had a good time.”
