"Just 5 mins walk to Vienna central train station, very convenient to take public transport. Very nice staff and room decorations is quite new. But no kettle provided, we can only use the nespresso machine for hot water but the water will come with coffee taste. Hope can provide kettle in future. "

"Good location for Vienna main station with airport n other cities connection. The hotel name is a bit confusing as it’s now under the Garner Chain but yet it’s more like a family run hotel. Got one bottled water in room on arrival day only, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The reception is in need of updated renovation. But the staff was ok and friendly and quite clean as well. Air conditioning works well and balcony door can be opened. Room is small and shower/bath tub is stuck in a corner making space very tight! Hairdryer speed is very low!"

Given its very reasonable price, the slight inconvenience of transportation is not an issue at all. The only downside is that my room faces the railway tracks, and there is some noise from passing trains at night, but it’s not too loud."
