“The property itself and almost all the staff were amazing. Aside from one, she was younger front desk clerk and was very standoffish and unpleasant. I even had a visitor come to visit and when she asked her a question regarding the location of the elevator, she responded with a hand flick and stated "it's back there" without even looking up. Both days i seen this clerk she was very rude and flippant. The middle aged lady and young man that also worked the front desk however were some of the……

“Parking is a problem when we returned after our event there were no spaces left other than valet spots which we understood to cost $25. we parked across the st to the south in a large almost empty lot”

“We really enjoyed staying here for the weekend of my Daughter's graduation from OCU with zoo trip the next day. We found the location to be easily accessible to lots of shopping and dining options. Clean and friendly staff, quick to help whenever needed.”
