“We stayed the night to be near Grand Canyon. The 1 mile dirt road was not so bad. The unit was as spacious as a hotel room would be. The 2 bathrooms were also spacious and the heater works fine! Large parking area. Neighbors are quiet. I believe this is really a place for travelers to just sleep and carry on. The Tiny home was also very clean and the check in and out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place.”

“Clean, modern, tiny home about 30 mins outside the Grand Canyon south rim entrance. House has full sized fridge, oven, microwave, washer/dryer and bathroom. Space is clean and well furnished. “It is advertised to accommodate four people, however there were NO blankets for the couch bed and only two towels. The pictures make it look dreamy but the road you drive down to get there is far from dreamy. We didn’t feel safe with two young children. There was animal hair on the bed and a giant stain on the couch bed (with no sheets or blankets provided so can’t call it a bed). For the price, we are terribly dissatisfied. ”
