“The spacious 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was well-equipped, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Location was great -- close to the center of the city on a quiet street. The staff members were helpful and pro-active. Excellent stay in every way.”

“We only stayed at the property for one night as a stopover between tours. The place is nice and very conveniently located within walkable distance to the few sights there are to see in Windhoek, and some restaurants and coffee shops. I got e-mails with two different unit numbers so there was some confusion at the check-in which one was the correct one. Also, the electric meter was not "filled up" so the security person had to contact the property manager to do that in order for us not to run out……

“Communicating with the host was frustrating. An hour before arrival there was still back and forth communication because she did not have the booking due some issue with her Vrbo account. Booking was made for 3 guests, bedding was only provided for 2 guests. Requested additional bedding, only duvet and pillows delivered at 9am, no sheets. Give this property a miss if you want to avoid frustration and poor service. ”

“Overall the house is good. We were their first Stayz clients so there were little things that didn’t match Stayz standards. However Ramos was quick to remedy the problems. I have written a list for him to bring it up to scratch. The house is very large and with 2 lounge areas. A good kitchen with ovens, big fridge and microwave there will be enough crockery and cutlery. The house now has brand new blankets. A good air conditioning system. They don’t have a dryer but washing lines outside in the……
