Great location, excellent service and friendly staff. However, parking was a nightmare and our room had issues. Due to a construction problem, water ran from the shower onto the bedroom floor and on the floor below. After a week, they moved us to another room. I feel that Management should have responded faster. I was told that this was a long term problem at this hotel.

Hotelbewertung – Unser Aufenthalt während der Flitterwochen Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht, um unsere Flitterwochen zu genießen. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert, und das Personal war freundlich. Leider gab es jedoch direkt zu Beginn eine Enttäuschung: Obwohl wir ein „Deluxe“ Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt hatten, erhielten wir zunächst nur ein „Classic“ Zimmer. Erst auf unsere direkte Nachfrage und aufgrund mangelnder Verfügbarkeit konnten wir am Nachmittag des zweiten Tages in die gebuchte Kategorie wechseln. Das neue Zimmer war von der Ausstattung her in Ordnung, musste jedoch auf unseren Wunsch hin nachgereinigt werden, da es nicht unseren Erwartungen an Sauberkeit entsprach. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen ist und entsprechend gehandelt hat. Der Poolbereich war gepflegt und bot eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung, allerdings hatten wir uns für unsere Flitterwochen etwas mehr erwartet. Aufgrund der Probleme mit der Zimmerkategorie und der Sauberkeit würden wir das Hotel nur bedingt weiterempfehlen.

I loved everything about the hotel … great comfortable room , lovely staff , beautifully decorated. Only one issue… I would have liked hot water in the bathroom sink. I’m not sure why it wasn’t there but I would have wanted that for many reasons. All else was great!

Le toit coulait lorsqu'il pleuvait et il y avait des vers blancs dans le lit. La musique des bars autour jusqu'à 3h00 du matin. Personnels professionnels et belle piscine par contre.

Be cautious if you are provided a room with a staircase to a loft - the stairs are steep and painted which could cause some one to fall - not meant for those over 35. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay in a deluxe room. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It was walkable to restaurants and shopping. My only complaints are that parking can be tricky since it’s street parking only and if the street parking fills up, which it did, you have to park further away and pay for parking. My other complaint, though I don’t know that the hotel had any control over it was that there was a dog in the alley directly behind my room that barked constantly. Woke me up during the night and super early in the morning every night that I was there. Otherwise, I had a nice stay and the staff are very kind and helpful.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Split Level Loft (6)! Die Größe und Austattung hat für uns völlig gereicht, da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren. Auch die Kaffeekapseln wurden täglich aufgefüllt und man musste nicht damit sparen! Die Reinigungskräfte und das gesamte Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Matratze könnte erneuert werden, da sie etwas durchgelegen war und wir hätten uns mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten für unsere Klamotten gewünscht. Für die Stühle auf der kleinen Terrasse wären Polster nicht schlecht, da diese sehr hart sind aber das schmälert unseren positiven Eindruck nicht! Das WLAN war leider schwach aber es gibt überall Hotspots in der Umgebung, sogar an den Stränden!
