“This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. “I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it. Pros: This property is in a good location/quiet street. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down. Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ... ”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……
