“We were in the area for a festival in Amana and decided to stay in Williamsburg. This is a beautiful loft right on the square. This was clearly an expensive remodel, and it retains the historic feel of the property. We had a great time and enjoyed the park, restaurants and butcher shop. ”

“Park View was an ideal location for our 4th of July visit to Williamsburg. It’s a short walk to the square and a quick drive to the areas outside of town such as the outlets and Landmark restaurant. The property was very clean and had bedding to outfit our family of 7 (we had a last minute addition who was easily accommodated). We hope to return to this property on a future trip to the Iowa City area. ”

“Room overlooking the pool was very nice. For 5 stars on the property condition, they would have to repair some ceiling areas over the pool, but this is a minor point overall. We checked in late, but the waiter in the bar offered to take our food order and deliver it to us in the pool area so we could enjoy the pool before it closed. Super nice guy, and I wish I would have gotten his name so I could acknowledge him here. Wristband room key was a first for me, but a great idea.”

“This hotel checks all the boxes for our must-haves: 1) clean and quiet room with comfortable mattresses, 2) convenient location and parking, 3) great breakfast, and 4) helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We walked to the pedestrian mall and university campus in less than 10 minutes.
