My stay was pleasant overall. The area was nice, the amenities were good, and my room was clean. The staff stood out as being extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. However, I did notice an unpleasant smell of cat urine in the hallway and my room, which was a downside to an otherwise enjoyable visit.

Pretty at face value but there was a constant weird sound coming from the water pipes. The keys often didn’t work and the Time-Share presentation they talked us into wasted 2-1/2 hours of our vacation.

I am going back. Great relocation option when the rates are in keeping with a budget. Demand periods will be higher but just about all one needs. My unit was in a building with only four apartments so it was quiet. The studio did not have a dishwasher but that was a minor issue. Staff very responsive. Parking right next to your door. Well kept and nice overall neighborhood.

This property is very convenient to colonial Williamsburg. Quiet location and convenient to all the historic sites. You will get asked to go to a 90 minute timeshare presentation but we politely declined and they didn’t get too pushy. Weather was rainy so I didn’t use outdoor pool. But the grounds were very nice and well kept.

The grounds were excellent, the staff exceptional, and the apartment was a nice size, especially considering there was only me. TV channels were lengthy. However, the walls and ceilings were thin, and I had a few annoying moments with children running over my head. The dishwasher and stove were ancient. My biggest disappointment was the WiFi; my security systems were blaring red, telling me it was dangerous to connect, and then when I considered paying for faster speed, I was still getting hazardous messages, so I wouldn't put it on my credit card information. Not a happy camper!

800 sq ft 1 bedroom townhouse with fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, king and queen bed, 2 bath (one toilet), pool, hot tub, gas grill, fire pit, recently renovated in 2024, all for a bit more or equal to a hotel room. Close to downtown Williamsburg and 15 easy minutes to Busch Gardens. It sleeps 4 comfortably, but if you brought air mattresses, you could double that ( just don't let the front desk know). I usually could complain about something, but not this time

The accommodations were fine but we didn’t like that the people who made our room keys wouldn’t give them to us without trying to rope us into a timeshare sales presentation. We arrived late around 10:30 pm and check in took more the 20 because of that. After that, the stay was fine. The only other complaint is that there is no noise insulation between the rooms. Our ‘neighbor’ got home late every night and talked on his phone for quite some time which we could hear the entire conversation. The last night of our stay, they had the TV on almost all night.
