This property was in need of some major repairs. Our family rented three rooms. Our room was okay, although the window shades covering the window had a large rip and hole in it. However, My son's room had a huge (1 foot diameter) hole in one of the walls. My daughter's room had the same situation. Only (1) working ice machine on the first floor.

Bathroom was the worst. There was mold all over the ceiling and the faucet looked so dirty. There was also a wet spot in the carpet, unsure what it was. Beds were fine. Everything else was fine except for the room itself.

I was very disappointed, I have stayed in prior La Quinta Hotels and never had this issue. The hotel AC was horrible, rooms smelled bad, bathrooms were very dirty and had mildew and mold. The pool was very dirty, Torn and Dirty carpets in the room. I would think twice in booking a stay at any future La Quinta Hotels. We stayed for our 19th Wedding Anniversary and my wife was appalled with the quality of hotel. You need to have more staff for maintaining the facility and cleaning personnel need to be held accountable for their jobs in maintaining the room clean and smelling good.

6.18 checked in. Switched from 417 to 114. Frog in my room, changed rooms (115) keycard barely worked. Literally had other guest helping me and sometimes it took 20 tries before it registered green. Locked inside of 115. Phone didn't work to call front desk because it had no cord. Front desk had to force the door open as the bottom latch bolt wouldn't retract. Switched back to 114 after frog was finally located and the room was cleaned and bathroom issued new shower curtain.Power outages. 6.19, 1:10PM and 6.21, 12:57AM, firetrucks on location. Fire alarms going off. Issues from 1st Floor guest. Chased up the hall by a dog from a 1st floor guest. Scared the front desk worker. Dirty pool. Not very comforting, safe, or happy.
