Quick walk to the beach! Brand new carpeting for Summer 2023! The largest and newest one bedroom model in the gated "Kingsmill on the James" on the prettiest street (not part of Kingsmill Resort butThe Kingsmill Spa is available with your stay)
This lovely top floor, second level condo is situated in the cul-de-sac closest to the James River with water views in three seasons, on a beautiful street surrounded with lush grounds backing to the wooded lake and is in the cul-de-sac ending at the James River. Adjacent to and developed by Busch Gardens, this is a lovely oasis with the beaches, the marina, treasured historic ruins, and playground all within walking distance. Enjoy over 7 miles of biking and walking trails, tennis, basketball, pickleball, soccer, fishing, barbecue and picnics.
Not a resort condotel, this condo offers the safety and comforts of home, seasonal decorations, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy admiring the beautiful estates along the river, explore the historic sites, try golfing at the beautiful Green or Gold golf course at Golden Horseshoe, spend a day following the Colonial Williamsburg Tasting Trail, take the ferry to historic Surry and dine at The Surry Seafood Company, watch the deer, bunnies, groundhogs and squirrels playing from your deck, visit the historic Beach Village at Yorktown where Washington won our independence, or take a dip at the beach, there's restroom and shower for rinsing off at the marina, or try your luck at Colonial Downs race track and casino!

Cute little place not far from the resort Marina. Close to Historic Downtown Williamsburg and a 2 minute drive to Bush Gardens. Gated community so we felt safe. Husband enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the squirrels play, a baby deer nap in the woods while momma was out doing her thing and listening to nature as the sun went down in the evening.

Temporary haven during move

While relocating to Williamsburg, we were fortunate to find this delightful unit! It was perfect. The amenities are comprehensive… the unit is well maintained and had everything we needed. My thanks to our host. It genuinely felt like home.

Dog friendly

This property was great and perfect for our family. The condo was clean and spacious. All the appliances worked well. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you would need. We took our 2 dogs. It is always nice when you can take your furry friends with you on vacation.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Kingsmill while visiting Williamsburg. Nice accommodations, and beautiful pathways for walking. Will definitely return. Our host was very accommodating, especially when we had a medical emergency and asked to reschedule. She could not have been nicer. We will definitely return.

Quick getaway to see the museums

I booked this for a quick overnight to take my young son to the local museums. It was so clean and quiet! The area was great for walking to the close by Mill coffee shop and the beach area just down from the condo.

Our Favorite VRBO

Love it. We're repeat customers to this spacious, beautiful condo. The pictures don't do it justice. Very well stocked. It's the cleanest, prettiest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Very tranquil and secluded. Can see the James River from both sides of the condo. We walked down to the marina beach to see the sunrise then over to the Mill Cafe for breakfast on the terrace overlooking the greenbelts. Explored the historic sites here on the many trails. Saw lots of wildlife. Its a quick drive to the Jamestown Settlement and its water views along with enjoying live music at the Billsburg Brewery. Yorktown is also nearby. It's only five minutes to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg only five miles away. Williamsburg Winery is even closer - it has a great restaurant. Gayle, the hostess, is very responsive and helpful. She has thought of everything. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

Needs a little work.

Kingsmill is a very nice development. Having rented other condos there, we were somewhat disappointed with this one. The couch/hide a bed is pretty old and sagging. A recliner LR chair is sagging on one side. The bathtub drain barely worked creating a very slippery coating on the bottom of the (mattless) tub. Someone is going to get hurt in there someday. These are small things. Some updated furniture and routine maintenance would cure it.

Amazing Stay

We picked the perfect property. It is located on the James River, and there are trees in the back. It is quiet, upscale, and has plenty of parking. The inside is beautiful with all amenities. It is a 15 minute drive to Williamsburg, plenty of restaurants that are close, and a 20 minute drive to Yorktown. Would highly recommend this property!!

Hidden gem

This condo was in a gated community. It was not part of the resort, but because of its location, it provided many walking trails, water views and serentity! We loved it mostly because it was with in 15-30 minutes of all the tourist attractions in the area. We never had to drive far to see them and had plenty of time to enjoy each one instead of spending our time in a long drive to them. The condo was spacious, comfortable and provided everything we needed. The host was very open to questions and answered them within an hour. I would highly recommend staying here. There are also water views and you can walk down to the water's edge.

Great condo and awesome host!

My husband and I had a great stay. The condo is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Gayle was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend staying here to anyone. We spent our days visiting Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown and this location was perfect for that.

Family get away

This was a perfect spot for our family. Great access to Williamsburg and restaurants. Whether we needed fast food, shops, fine dining or Colonial Williamsburg, we couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect for us. The location has everything we needed. We brought our own shampoo, trash bags and laundry detergents, but this place is honestly like a stocked up house. We’ll 100% come back! Thank you So much!

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this property is. The unit is immaculate, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The location is incredible and central to all things Williamsburg. Communication with the owner was great and prompt. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this place or book again in a heartbeat.

Nice place, great location

Spacious and clean dog friendly condo on the James River
