Great spot for family to stay

We stayed here for W&M graduation and it was great for our family. We loved having the kitchen, living room, beds and bathrooms for all!!! We did have to drive to everything, but we were able to park and walk from our daughter’s house for all of the graduation festivities!

Poor communication

Our reservation was for 8 adults and a pet. We were told that after we made the booking the policy changed and pets were no longer allowed. That's not right. VRBO, Koala or Wyndham should have made accommodations available for our family and their pet

Beautiful property but…

We loved the property. But the high pressure sales to buy into a timeshare was very off putting! It was so bad. My wife started crying because she wanted to just leave. It totally ruined our first day. Mind you. My mother had just passed away two weeks before. And that was the main reason we were on a vacation!!!

Good stay despite check in glitch

I had a good stay despite a major glitch at check in where my name was not on the reservation— possibly due to the Microsoft outage. To their credit, Koala stayed in communication with me until the issue was resolved, and I was able to check in. The room was as described, and the property was nice. My one complaint about the property is that I paid for the faster wifi, but it was still quite slow.

Nice place, close to everything!

We loved our stay at Governors Green. Everyone and everything was so nice! Great amenities. Unit was clean and spacious. Close to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, and good restaurants. Hope to stay here again next year!

3 night stay

This was our second visit here and was just as great as our first. Property was beautiful and easy to get to. We arrived very late on our first night so we didn’t check in at the front desk but rather at the gate. Greeted with a very friendly man who had our room ready for us. Our room was exactly what we hoped for. Comfy beds and lots of room for the 5 of us. We will definitely stay again if/when in Williamsburg, Va.

Very nice place for the family

Were in town for a volleyball tournament. Instead of going to a hotel and getting separate rooms for 2 different parts of the family, we tried a condo at this location. It was clean and quiet, and the staff were very responsive and never approached us with any time-share related sales pitch as was warned of in the reviews. If we are in town again for a similar activity in the future, we will definitely look to this location as our first option.

Great stay

This is a great resort and the only one I've stayed at in last several years that doesn't charge an activities fee which can add from 6 to 20 dollars a day extra after you arrive. Everyone was very helpful. Contacted housekeeping twice for some extra items that were at our door in a matter of minutes.

Williamsburg Getaway

Highly recommend! My husband and I came down to Williamsburg for an off season getaway and were very impressed. Not only did we save far beyond the cost of any other hotels in the area, we had a small condo to ourselves. My husband loved having mini-golf and billards on the property when I wanted to nap & relax. The kitchen was very well appointed with all we needed to cook our breakfasts and several dinners. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of clean towels. The only downside was the front-desk trying to get us to sign up for their timeshare presentation. They were very persistent and can be pushy in person when you first pick up your keys. Then they call daily and ask but that is just a quick "no thanks" and on with your day. You are offered a $100 or maybe it was $200 Amex gift card to attend if you choose and there isn't a penaltyfor not attending. All-in-all we would stay again in a heartbeat!
