“I was highly impressed by the cleanliness and accommodations here. I loved how the hostess decorated and felt inspired to bring some of the ideas home! From the fireplace in the bedroom to the soaking bath tub I felt pampered. Renee even left a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend. “Owners very kind and accommodating, the animals are fun but our dog was a bit scared of Walter, the turkey, so Monica was sweet enough to get him from the porch a few times. Plenty of fire pits for nighttime relaxing and very close to hiking, restaurants in Huntington and activities at Rays town lake! ”

We were left two empty propane tanks for the outside grill. Not what you want to find when your about to start cooking dinner, but went and exchanged one for a full one. “We had a phenomenal time at Alan’s mountain home. We skied 2 days, we easily walked to the lift and came home for lunch and went back out. It is so nice to not have to get in your car with the gear. The house is huge and had everything we needed. We had 3 families with young children and we all slept well, felt safe and made amazing family memories. “This place is amazing. It was super clean and super cute. The location is great (close to 7 point marina) and it is very peaceful there. The owner was so helpful and made sure we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend staying here. We loved the large porches too. ”
