“The house is very cozy. We enjoyed the screened in porch to be able to sit outside without bugs. We did use the fire pit two nights and made s’mores. I would agree with other reviews though. If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the dock. The location of the dock is perfect. It’s a very quiet cove, and the kids swam every evening after boating all day. The Wi-Fi and cell service is spotty so this may not be a good place if you have to connect but for our family that was……

“Everything about Waker’s Paradise was exactly as described and we had an absolute fabulous time. We had more than enough space for our group of 22. Our group has been traveling together for 10 years and this was without a doubt the best stocked house in the kitchen with everything you could need. We will be back!”

“Beautiful home with a relatively easy walk to the lake compared to the MANY other places we’ve stayed. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, and more! The fire pit is the best! We grilled hotdogs and enjoyed stargazing. Be sure to carefully tie you your boat because it does get wavy. We learned that lesson the hard way.
