"We were put into the 200 hallway next to Jack's Tavern. There is NO soundproofing. The small door in the hall that closes does not block the noise. It was loud every night until well after midnight with people drinking, screaming and being loud. We booked 4 days with resort this trip. Overall disappointed ..."

"We first started by getting a call there was a gas leak and no fireplace to be used.they did leave us electric heaters.i left a window open all night due to smelling gas still.the next night we still smelled gas and called to see what to do and was told to go ahead and turn off the gas to the cabin.the ..."
