Check out our reviews! We strive to maintain a spotless home for our guests and pay great attention to detail!
Nightly rate is for two guests. We charge an additional $15.00 per guest per night fee.
Living room/kitchen have open floor plan allowing a smooth flow throughout. (THE LIVING-ROOM IS EQUIPT WITH A PULL OUT SLEEPER SOFA “FULL”)
The family can gather around the cozy fireplace which is open to the kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all new appliances including Keurig, toaster, blender and microwave.
The master bedroom has queen bed, an ensuite bathroom and TV. Second bedroom has full bed and TV. Third bedroom upstairs is a loft area and has two twin beds, TV with area to play games and a reading nook.
Laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The house is smoke free and pet free.
Located on a corner lot with a private patio equipped with gas grill and a spacious back yard. Also, featuring a fire pit to enjoy smores and roast hotdogs by the fire with the family. (Firewood is provided).

Wow! What a great place to stay for our visit to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. These hosts really have prepared the cottage to truly be a home away from home. Everything was super clean and fresh. The upstairs loft for the kids was perfect. Also, the hosts are excellent with communication and incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and stay here again.

Quiet stay minutes from the Ark

We loved this house! The hosts did a great job making it feel like home. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Backyard isn't fenced in/private, but there are a few privacy areas if you want to enjoy the fire pit.

Love this home!

It was such a beautiful, cozy home that was perfect for our trip! It was spotless and you could tell it had been completely remodeled! We enjoyed the little details and you could feel the love poured into it! Excellent location right off I-75 and so close to the Ark Encounter! We would definitely stay here again!

In town for a conference at the Ark, stayed 3 nights. We would have loved to stay longer. Great house! Clean, well stocked, comfy beds and even the shower/water pressure were amazing! Hope to sometime come back to this property.

Adorable House

All members of our party loved everything about this house. The location (minutes from the Ark Encounter), the amenities, decor, and cleanliness were all exceptional. Wonderful area and home!

Like home!

We really enjoyed the house and the cool neighborhood. We did spend lots of time away visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Williamstown is a lovely town and we enjoyed just riding around in it. We found the people to be very hospitable. We loved "Beans"--delicious food!!!!! It was a great time! And we loved our home!

Ark Trip

This house should be the standard for every VRBO host. To say the house was immaculate woud be an understatement. Every bed was comfortabal with quality bedding. I have NEVER stayed at a house that actually had everything you needed and extra. For once the in person was better than the pictures. I wish every VRBO house was like this one. Loved the house, very quiet neighborhood, easy check in. Would stay there again if we were ever back in the area. The only reason I gave four stars on the description is I didn’t see that the 3rd bedroom was upstairs and we had a person that couldn’t climb stairs. Rearranging rooms were a little difficult at first.
