“Large rooms with lots of seating, nice and cool with the fans on. There’s not much space to put clothes, just a couple of hangers. Kitchen is nice and tidy with a range of cooking utilities. Parking is available and easy access to the property.Great location: close to shops and train station. We walked to the Fasta Pasta down the road for dinner. ”

“In our group of four couples, 4 of us turn 70 this year. Our first celebration was this weekend away, and the accomodation didn't disappoint. Very comfortable, lots of space - we were so lucky to get our booking, and Travis was most welcoming and helpful. The house is within easy reach of wineries for meals/tastings - we would recommend Kies in Lyndoch, Kersbrook Wines and Mt Bera. Would love to come back again when the weather allows us to make good use of the open fires, rather than the air……

“Lovely old home with secure parking for 3-4 cars, fine beds, kids games and stuffed toys, kids dishes(which is always a very positive sign for us), central heating/cooling, well equipped. ”

“It was a great house for a group of people loved the area. some maintenance is needed - Toilet leaking on floor cistern broken ,running out of water while in shower ,9 people unable to use toilet in the morning the manager addressed this quickly but water pressure took a long time to come through ,a better pump is needed, shower fan not working ,a little garden maintenance .As a food safety supervisor I do not recommend leaving opened food in fridge and pantry ,you don't know how long it has……

“Comfortable, spacious and welcoming. So quiet as well. Pantry was stocked with some lovely essentials. Cooked an oven baked pumpkin risotto, and a roast chicken. Coffee and tea selection was a nice addition, as was the eggs and bread. Washed a small load of clothes while we were there too. Happy that there was an Enjo wet mop there, good work.”

“This is a very special place. It is a mix of the historical side (bedrooms, lounge etc) with the modern (kitchen and bathrooms). When it was hot outside it was cool in the house. When it was cold outside it was warm inside ( didn't use any outside control. The little extras in the food dept were much appreciated. It was lovely to have the easter eggs and packet of dog treats too. Very welcoming house.”
