“This is our thrid stay at this property and we are already booked to come back in 2026. It is a perfect place on a perfect & quiet location on Mayo Lake. Corey is an awesome and responsive host. My husband and I look forward to staying at Corey's home every year. We had an entire week of perfect weather which made it even better. We spent the week either on the lake in our tandem kayak, on the dock or having our meals on the deck. The view of the lake in the morning was the perfect way to sip……

“First time staying in this type of place, normally we aim to stay in stand alone houses. It was actually really great. Location was perfect for the Carrington Pavilion Harvest Jubilee (Cooper Alan & Thomas Mac concer). Plus a fenced in dog park right around the corner. All of the permanent residents we encountered were friendly.”

“We all had a good week and a good time at the Cottage. Your house is well suited for our stay, and we appreciate all the amenities you provided. The interior was clean, the kitchen well equipped (except we could have used one or two small pots), the bathrooms tidy, the bedding comfortable and the sitting areas relaxing. “A peaceful get away with lots of land to roam, but close to Danville and activities. The house is well appointed and super clean. The furnishings, including beds are in excellent shape. We were very pleased and will stay here again.”

“Very clean and well organized house. Amenities were good and well thought of. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well maintained and coffee machine is provided. Water was provided in the good size fridge. Bathrooms were great. TV with all necessary channels. Everything great in the house for a short stay. Street is narrow but the house has adequate parking. ”
