“Wir waren über Silvester ein paar Tage in dem Haus in Neuss. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, optimal sind die vielen Schlafzimmer, die Sauna, der große Esstisch und die Lage (auch um mal nach Düsseldorf zu fahren). Alles ist gut abgestimmt und die Bäder sind auch top. Die zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief einwandfrei, sodass wir alle wichtigen Informationen sofort erhielten und bei Fragen schnell eine Antwort bekamen. “Wir hatten Haus Nr. 141 und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die Check-in Zeit von erst um 16 Uhr hätten wir uns früher gewünscht, zumal das Haus gegen Mittag von außen betrachtet, sauber war. Die Check-out Zeit bis 10 Uhr ist auch sehr früh. Woanders ist 11 Uhr durchaus üblich. Die Wärmepumpe/Klimaanlage des Nachbarhauses 142 ist sehr laut und könnte bei lauen Sommerabenden stören . Im Herbst fallen Eicheln von dem am Haus stehenden Baum, was die Nachtruhe stören könnte. Dies ist aber die……

A special thank you to the receptionist (I think his name is Punak) for his kindness when I needed it most following a long flight and a cancellation to my connecting flight, I really appreciate it.
