“Very spacious house for entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of room and parking. Although some of the game room could use updating I will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host needs to just leave the house rules and WiFi password on the kitchen counter for the guests to easily access.”

The patio was particularly nice for our purposes. It was perfect for relaxing after golfing - plenty of seating, a hot tub, and a TV outside. “Western exposure so morning coffee outside without hot sun was fantastic. Safe swim area for kids because of jetty. No worry about floating down river. Kids loved jumping off dock into this area being able to use dock stairs to get out. Lots of outdoor seating with several palapas for shade. Lots of seating inside house with large living and kitchen areas. Did suggest to host a few additional items for future guests.”

“Great instructions and directions with all access information provided before our trip. Great and expedient contact with the host for checkin and throughout the stay. She was extremely kind, considerate and most helpful through a checkin “mishap” that was not her fault or ours. She was on the phone to provide support and to check in on us the entire time. “This property has so much to offer! The photos are only a glimpse into the beautiful terraced river front with so many patios and balconies, each decked out with seating and beautiful views. We even had some unexpected surprises like arcade games, pool table and more in the garage game room off the swimming pool area. Some reviews mentioned limited parking, but that is not the case. Plenty of parking onsite and beyond. And don’t forget the private boat launch for this exclude neighborhood. More……
