"Bathroom door was in bad shape. It would hardly close. Outside entrance in back was not secure. It was tied so it was open all the time, didn't need a key card to get in."

"The adjoining room had small kids & adults that were very noisy from the hrs of 12pm to 3am. Our shower sticker didn't work right. Everything other aspect was excellent."

"I went to see a friend from childhood that isnt well and this location and peaceful neighborhood are exactly what we hoped for. Great communications with the host and VERY clean well maintained house. Would stay again and recommend. He had a covered porch we loved to sit and watch the neighborhood ..."

"I cannot say enough great things about our stay atn Hutch Haven of Rest!
