“The house is very cute, decorated with lovely Chico -related decor and relatively accessible to downtown. It was very clean, the backyard is nice. You might want to note that it is on a very busy one-way street so you do hear street noise in the front and parking in front of the house can be a problem, so we parked around the corner. Also, the communication with the owner was poor as I was asked at one point to cancel my reservation because they said they wanted to do some construction work,……

“Hosts harken to an old school Bed and Breakfast-very thoughtful amenities at every turn. Eggs and cinnamon bread, fresh cookies and all condiments were provided! From a nice array of body washes, to ziplocks for your leftovers- everything was taken care of. Oh and a first for me, high quality, unscratched non-stick pans!”

“The room was great and furnishings made it seem like a home away from home. My wife and I enjoyed the warm cozy feel of the property and for our stay it was centrally located from Chico State and Bidwell Park and the hikes that we wanted to do. Will definitely be staying here again.”

“Anthony & Ava’s house provided our family with a great location and comfortable place to gather for my brother’s wedding in Chico. It was nice that the master bedroom had a dedicated bathroom for my elderly parents (in their 80s) so they didn’t have to stumble around looking for a bathroom at night, and gave them a dedicated place to get ready for the wedding. 5 other family members fit into the two other bedrooms, with nephew on the fold out couch in the game room, so worked great for our group……
