“Very nicely remodeled old building down to every detail. Wonderful courtyard to relax. We were very surpised of how quiet and peaceful it was being just steps from all the night life. “The place was clean and fine for a couple night stay. The Internet didn't work very good also if you need to work from there I wouldn't recommend. Could use some updates. The owner was easy to reach and fast to answer.”

“We were in town to move my daughter back in college at University of South Alabama, great location and close to the campus. Few things we needed to contact the property manager with and he was quick to response and rectified everything. Beds are very comfortable, each room has own bathroom. It was a very cozy and homey place! I hope to be able to stay there again in the future. 😊”

“Several of us retired from CPSI yesterday and planned a downtown outing to celebrate. We found The Merry Widow Loft and reserved it several months back. Was so excited when the day arrived and the loft was even better than expected. Perfect location, cool interior and the balcony was icing on the cake for late night people watching. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a question about access and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.”
