To start, the staff was very nice and accommodating. When I booked this place, I was excited to save money on breakfast, because it's offered. However, I'm gluten and dairy free and they had NO options for me. When I asked about eggs, they said it's only offered on the weekend, so that was disappointing.
I arrived after midnight due to flight delays, so they were already prepared with my paperwork, but they gave me a room on the first floor and it was so NOISY and outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable, the hotel looked like it needed a nice repaint, the bathroom floor had footprints that were not mine and only noticeable after it was steamed from my shower, the AC unit is LOUD and so is the mini fridge, and the neighboring rooms were LOUD. Plus, the parking was right next to the window so I heard all the noise. Needless to say, I got maybe 2 hours of sleep and then I had to go to work as this was a work trip.
The next day I asked to switch my room and they were accommodating. They put me in a room on the 3rd floor and it was so peaceful. The bed was way more comfortable and the room seemed nicer.
All in all, because it was a 2 day trip for me for work, it wasn't bad, but definitely room for improvement. Also, I think there's people who "live" at this hotel.
