We didn't. Stairs were many and too steep. Apartment appeared to be clean but smelled very unpleasant. We did not get checkin instructions without asking for them. There was a window air conditioner in the bedroom that was not properly installed. There was space around it where insects could get in. We left and got a hotel.

Nice, but not for the bourgeois

The place was okay, clean kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately, we arrived during a historic heat wave and the AC units were not able to keep up with it. First night we had to get an additional hotel just to have a tolerable night. We talked to the host who graciously gave us a new ac window unit but even it couldn't fight with the 109 heat index. We bought a box fan and it was a lifesaver. After that, things were smooth sailing, especially when the weather calmed down. Only issues were the porch and stairs which were extremely humid and awful, so I think a 3 is a fair score.

Pretty good

Over all it is a nice small place. We stayed a couple of night. Had everything we needed. Only complain is it was a little dusty, especially under the bed. Other than that it was all pretty good.
