“We were caught in the winter storm, and the host was so kind in helping us navigate our car situation. Our kids had such a great time playing in the snow, exploring the books and games they had. ”

“Enjoyed a long weekend in Vermont celebrating a birthday and Mother's Day. The home was very spacious , comfortable, warm, and welcoming. Plenty of room to relax and spend time with family. We especially loved the mountain views and enjoyed the fire pit . Looking forward to coming back !!!”

“The 2 houses were able to accommodate 21 people and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room and the houses were clean. House included linens and a few towels in each bedroom. The grounds are beautiful and it was nice to walk around and take in the scenery. We came here to ski at mt snow and was about 13 minutes to the mountain. The weather was real cold in the low single digits and they got hit with a foot of snow a few days earlier. We had 5 vehicles and Parking was a little tight. This was……

“We just spent Friday and Saturday at this lovely renovated old Mill. There were 5 of us adults over 70. The accommodations were perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It would be an easy place to stay a week. Probably the best equipped home I’ve ever stayed in. There is a lovely enclosed porch next to a babbling creek. The yard is spacious. We ultimately realized that the pool that is mentioned is not on property but across the road at a recreation center. Amanda and Timothy were very responsive.”

“House was accurately described. Kitchen was well-equipped. Village of Manchester is just a short drive away. Deck and hot tub were awesome!”

“Our group needed two things: lots of room for people to sleep and somewhere peaceful to relax and we got that all and more! The house is beautiful and the surrounding property is right out of a fairy tale. Nate is great to work with and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The house is wild and fun- some spot you gotta watch your head! It’s cozy though and great for inspiration and relaxing. If you don’t want to hear the rest of the group, this isn’t the house for you… sound carries! But……

The hosts detailed everything from what they would like to see as far as use of the property to a quick and easy checkout.
