“We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“Staff were nice, polite. Most of rooms recently renovated. Great spot, across from Lake Winnisquam with beach across the road on the lake for guests to use. Very minimal breakfast, small room and no freezer or microwave in room(some rooms do have though). Great place to stay for the price.”

“Most dangerous environment for a family. Cabin was remotely located with no electricity and indoor toilet. Photographs posted do not do justice. I paid in full but after looking in person chose not stay because of safety, security and privacy. Staff was friendly. ”
