“Loved this place!Only downsides were the loud creaking of the floor boards in the hallway which woke everyone up if we went to use the bathroom during the night and the bathroom itself being made for someone tall. A friend in our party is slightly shorter than five foot so it was difficult climbing in and out of the tub (as well as myself and I’m 5’5”) and the sink made us feel like we had to reach up and over to wash our hands.We loved the kitchen layout, but had to stand on our tiptoes to see……

Melissa, the host, made the process of everything so easy and her recommendation for restaurants near by were wonderful! The property itself was easy to access, very well kept, and had beautiful scenery. We spent most of our time in the big comfy swing on the screened in back porch just enjoying the scenery. ”

“This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t……

“It was just the two of us. The quiet back deck areas are very relaxing especially the hot tub with fireplace. The game room had old school pac man, dig dug video games as well as ping pong and darts.”

“First of all, the owner Michele is a very sweet person and did her best to give us a great experience. The house is located on a hillside and grants a gorgeous view from the well built balcony. There’s lots of little sections where you can hang out or slip away to be by yourself for a moment.The driveway is a bit narrow, so if you have a very wide vehicle keep that in mind. My 2016 Outback had zero issues navigating. The cleanliness was average, we did find the microwave to be dirty and there……

“This property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful vistas and really comfortable home away from home. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. The only issue was the drive up….we Sr. ladies were not quite prepared for the drive but it was worth the trip. A rating! Plan to come back with the rest of my family. ”
