“My family had a great time at Knotty Cabin. We were lucky to have fresh snow in time for our arrival and waking up to snow-covered trees right outside the window by our bed was heaven. The cabin is beautiful and clean, it looks just as pictured in the photos. The location is very convenient to the Kings Canyon Visitor Center and General Grant Tree. Heather is a quick and friendly communicator. We hope to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor bunk beds on the balcony. ”

“Stayed during the winter season. Was easy to find and get in using the provided instructions. The cabin has all the modern amenities pictured and promised, but also maintains a very cozy and down-to-earth feel. Found everything we needed in the kitchen, and enjoyed the ambiance of having a fire in the wood stove although it isn’t necessary for keeping the place warm. Enjoyed our time and definitely would stay again.”

“We only spent one night and was able to enjoy the grants Grove of the Kings Canyon National park. Concerns that we had: 1. A Beautiful grill was provided, but The propane was empty. The closest propane is 25 miles away. 2. There are no smoke detectors in the unit. Due to the fact that there is an unvented gas heater as well as the water heater in side the cabin… Smoke detectors as well as a carbon monoxide detector should be, and pretty sure legally mandatory. This should be given immediate……
