“Was a great rental property lots of room for adults, kids and grandkids. We all had a great time lots of games for the kids and the covered outdoor areas are great. Grandkids spent a lot of time in the party room as they called it. Definitely will rent again when we go to Winchester Bay.”

“The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time! Some reviews listed the driveway as an issue. It is not it is perfectly.perfectly fine. ”

“Very cute house nice peaceful location I am a vacation rental cleaner I own my own cleaning company in central Oregon I think the house needs a little more attention to detail in cleaning floors had stuff all over them when we arrived crumbs in the drawers no organization in the kitchen and blankets etc were just thrown in the closet not nearly folded hand prints on sliding glass doors I believe little things make a big difference in cleaning overall lovely home”

“The property was not given justice with the pictures! It was way more beautiful and the appliances were top notch! It was close to some beautiful sights and ofc old town. It was a very quiet and absolutely lovely location of the home. It didn’t have any patio furniture, has all these decks and no furniture. All of the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I had a better time sleeping in the jumbo bean bag than any of the beds. It also advertised a crib, but there was no crib. Says it’s……

“This home on the lake was beautiful and peaceful as we’d hoped. Everything was as advertised. There are neighbors/ houses nearer than we thought would be but everyone was respectful of space and very quiet. A wonderful location to relax. ”

“We loved it.. even though when we got there, I had to clean a bunch of questionable dried stains off of the couch, and the whole place smelled like mildewy wet dog. (We didn’t have a dog with us so we probably should have gotten a place where dogs aren’t allowed.) The first bedroom on the right could use a new bed. My husband and I had to find somewhere else to sleep after laying in that bed for 5 minutes. We loved the secluded location and the simpleness of getting into it. It has beautiful……

“Overall stay was satisfactory. We were advised in advance the hot tub was not working and the property management team was very responsive with communications, and gave a small refund. However, it was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we booked it. The scenery was spectacular! Due to allowing pets, we were not surprised to find traces of pet hair but the sheets on the hideaway bed downstairs were dirty.
