“The only problem we had was check-in. The gentleman took a long time over 30 minutes to take care of us and two other people could not use the hot tub that much. There was a gentleman in it drinking beers creeper we felt uncomfortable. We stood for five minutes and left. Everything else is pretty good.”

“应该算Avon星级最高的酒店了，地点和外部环境不错，不过对游客来说住宿体验一般。首先，酒店的所谓欧陆早餐太简陋，基本上是汽车旅馆级别的，有钱的话还是去旁边的餐厅吃吧，酒店的附属餐厅还不错。其次，房间和设施比较老旧，床单居然有破损痕迹。最离谱的是我在网上全款预定，到酒店后还要收每天十几美金的所谓服务费，让人难以理解，总之，今后应该不会再选择这家酒店了，之前不适合旅行的人。”

“The upstairs kitchen may need some extra ceramic bowls and silverware. The hot water may need to be turned up, it was tepid at best. Jeff was more than helpful getting us situated and comfortable. Great neighborhood, and availability to groceries, restaurants, and the great brewery 2 minutes away. Great room for families for togetherness and privacy”

“Location was good. But the place was dirty. There were dust everywhere: on shelves, on furniture, on refrigerator. There were dirty dishes with mildew on them in the dishwasher. When we run dishwasher it leaked. Lamp fell off the ceiling. And then we found our loaf of bread half eaten and mice droppings everywhere. Owner explained that dishwasher wasn't run properly because he didn't provide dishwasher tablets. He did brought these tabs to us and then tried to fix that dishwasher. When……

“This is an apt in a multi unit home. It worked out ok for us but you can hear the other tenants in the home. Bedrooms are a great size and the eating areas and kitchen/ living room are very comfortable. It rained most of the time so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside area but that looked very inviting. Communications with host were positive and when I had questions or needed anything he made sure it was taken care. This home is very close to a few good coffee shops and 5 min away from Avon Old……
