“The only reason I am NOT giving this hotel 5 stars is because our room was never cleaned during the six days we stayed. We asked at the front desk and both times we returned to a room that had not been cleaned. Primarily we just wanted the garbage emptied and some new towels. No explanation, it just wasn't done. Other than that, I was happy with the hotel, the room and it's location. ”

“heerlijk apartement, mooie kamer met lekkere bank, goede tafel met stoelen, lekkere badkamer, prima slaapkamer met een goed bed en een goed uitgeruste keuken . Heel goed voor een paar dagen, wij waren er voor slechts 1 nacht op doorreis, maar dit apartement is zeker aan te bevallen om wat langer in de buurt van Karlsruhe te blijven. 1 straat verder is een mooi park waar kinderen en honden prima kunnen spelen. het apartement is wat lastig te bereiken, met buiten een ijzeren trapje omhoog en weer……

“Es sind die Kleinigkeiten die negativ auffallen. Beim Check in ein wenig mehr Empathie. Beim Frühstück mehr Personal, dass die Tische leiser und öfter Zwischendurch abräumt. Gardinen im Zimmer, die die richtige Länge haben und nicht auf dem Boden aufliegen. Ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit, Staubflocken auf dem Schrank. Die Willkommenswasserflasche nicht für übertriebene 3€ verkaufen.”

“It's the almost perfect hotel for us. Gentle stroll into the town. Small, family run, plain tasteful decor, high quality linen. It almost seems churlish to make any criticism. It's a while since we have been but it's good to see everything is as we remembered it . Above all there are no pets ”

“The staffs at front desk are very friendly. The guestroom is clean. Free WIFI can be used in the room. Breakfast buffet is very good. Free parking is also offered but double parking is a little bit inconvenient. One supermarket is located within 5-minute walk.”

“Ich hatte ein Superior - Zimmer und ich weiß manchmal nicht, was der Unterschied zu einem normalen Zimmer sein soll. Ich war im ersten Stock untergebracht und es roch teilweise nach Essensdämpfen, da das Zimmer wohl in der Nähe der Küche lag. Leider hatte das Zimmer nur eine Balkontür und kein Fenster, das man auf Kipp stellen konnte. Ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung!”
