“This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. ”

“The house is more spacious than you think. We were there when it was really hot. The window air conditioners worked well to keep us cool. If you’re used to central air, these units are a little loud if you need them on overnight. The basement bedroom was comfortable and cool. The upstairs bathroom is new and full of light. “Summer was the most amazing place. It is so charming. It has everything you could want. A cool restaurant, a General Store, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, a gym, two pools and a hot tub. It is also complete with a beach are and a large pond/lake that has canoe and kayaks available. Another perk is the gated community. The cottage was charming, super comfortable, and stocked with anything you could possibly want. It is also conveniently located to other attractions. The owner was super……

Every game you can think of for adults and kids, immaculately maintained, and more. Even the fishing poles are readied down to the swivel, just add the hook.
