“This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. It was well decorated and just plain cozy. We were in town to watch a nephew play with the Johnson City Doughboys and it turned out this place was only about 5 min from the stadium! Added unforeseen benefit! We were able to bring our dog as well. We were able to get around Johnson City and the surrounding area easily. And there is an adorable front porch to relax on. ”

“We had a quick one-night stay at this lovely downtown apartment loft. It is very clean & cute and had everything we could have needed. Our kids were excited to stay in a "luxury loft" b/c we usually stay in cabins on our way back from the Outer Banks. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants & shops, and a short drive to the Johnson City Doughboys baseball stadium, which was fun! Our only complaint would be feeling a little uneasy about the large number of homeless people that are……

“This small apartment met our needs for our stay during our recent mission trip to Johnson City. Booking process was simple. The apartment was easily accessible by a flight of stairs. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and ease of travel, since it was literally right off I-26, which allowed ease of travel to our worksites,Thank you to our community manager was readily accessible to answer our questions, picked up dirty towels and provided us with more towels as we needed.Enjoyed having the fridge to……

“Everything was great once we got in. We are older...in our 70s, so the unpredictable parking options and the many steps to climb with luggage were undesirable challenges for us. The apartment is immaculate though. Having a restaurant downstairs was convenient.”

“Our family stayed two nights while visiting Bristol for the NHRA races and found the location peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed, but we ate out for our meals. The property does have WiFi and streaming services which was nice. The deck and screened in porch is lovely as well. The house is older but well maintained. ”
