“Really great overall experience on my sleep stopover during a long trip. The room was simple but clean and had everything I needed. The area had some basic amenities while also being surrounded by natural beauty. I was glad for driving the extra 25 minutes to avoid larger cities and chain hotels. “Loved the look and setting of a true log cabin atmosphere. Ample space to hang out with all amenities provided. Only comment would be seemed a bit dark (light bulbs dead and may more lighting needed in the fire place/family area. Just enough distance to not be too far from Elk Mountain. We would go again!”

“Stayed for a Father’s Day weekend with a buddy to fly fish. The cabin was perfect, as was the location. The property makes it seem as if you’re in a remote location, but it’s a 3 minute drive into town. The land itself is beautiful, and really well kept. As for the cabin, it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with everything you’d need. Its location to the river system was great, and we couldn’t have asked for more..”

“We had a wonderful time at the property. It is much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. The house was ls clean and well organized and K, the property owner was fantastic. Very responsive to questions and even came and plowed and salted while we were there due to the slow and ice storm we experienced. The property is about 25’ from Elk Mountain but the drive is easy and pretty. I would suggest AWD or FWD of going during the winter since many of the roads in that area are snow and ice……
