“We chose this property for a quick getaway to celebrate a birthday. It was a good choice. The house is well-appointed and very cozy. With one bathroom, it was perfect for the two of us although there were beds for four more. We appreciated the dog-friendliness of the house and the neighborhood. It rained most of the time we were there, but we were so comfortable that the rain only added to the charm and coziness. We had one evening when the clouds parted in the late afternoon, so we were treated……

The layout of the home made for ample space to gather as a family and retreat to private areas for less chaotic downtime. The internet was quite fast, no problems there. ”

“This was such a cute home, everything was tidy and comfortable for my friends. Located right in the heart of Edenton, walking distance to downtown! The backyard so quiet and perfect for late night chats, I would definitely stay again next year for my best friends mom’s 90th birthday! ”

“My 3 friends and I had a wonderful visit in Edenton and this house was great! It had two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, a great kitchen and den, a card table in another room and an entire back house with two comfortable beds and a bathroom. There was a ton a room for the four of us. Between the two houses is a large patio with a nice sized table and chairs and then another seating area that has lighting for an evening outside. The neighborhood is safe and close to downtown so we could walk……

“The house is quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Hosted a small family get-together on the first night outdoors on the patio. Loved the large table and the many seating options on the patio. Melody, the host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Pro: pretty clean, fenced in yard, very spacious, AC worked well, comfortable beds, roof doesn’t leak.Cons: some lightbulbs burned out and not working including the kitchen and main family room with the one couch of the house, very little kitchen supplies (there is a coffee pot with coffee grounds and filters but no coffee mugs), lack of any kind of cleaning supplies: no paper towels, broom, dishwasher pods, no washcloths or hand towels, no working washer or dryer (washer was unplugged with……
