“This home has an amazing location! You can walk to the marina, to campsites, to the local store and even to the Horsetooth Tavern. We had morning coffee on the deck that looks over The Marina. It has Dunning views. We can’t wait to come back again!”

“As described. Older home but for us it was all about the outdoors and we really enjoyed the front and back yards. Beds were comfy. Located on a rather busy street but didn't mind as view of mountain range and sunset spectacular from front porch, and Julia was awesome to work with going out of her way to accommodate and communicate with us. Highly recommend, would stay again when in FOCO :)”

“Wonderfully spacious and clean home, perfect for a large family gathering. Large, well-stocked kitchen was perfect for meal prep. Multiple bedrooms offered plenty of sleeping options for all ages. The basement family room included a large seating area with TV plus pingpong table and kids' toys. The backyard provided room for yard games, and outdoor table seating plus a gas grill provided the opportunity for cookouts and plenty of hangouts. Situated only a couple of blocks off the main street……
