“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

“The apartment was nice although a little too sparsely furnished. The basket of snacks was really great! The paper blinds were nearly impossible to open and close so we had to use the lights all the time, even during the day.The mattresses were saggy and a bit lumpy and the pillows were 2 flat ones stuffed into 1 pillowcase so they were hard and kept falling apart (a pillow would fall out).The main problem was the directions for getting into the unit. “Nice clean apt”

“Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture.”

“Second time we've stayed there with great accommodations, location and view. Very comfortable one bedroom with pool, landscaped barbecue area and everything one needs for a home away from home. Near shopping, restaurants and various grocery stores. Recommend!!”
