“Clean, well kept. Quiet area, convenient location. Did not have a fold out sofa bed, but owner had air mattresses, which were good enough. Easy to communicate with owner.”

Multiple squirrels, birds and we even saw a small deer. Walking distance to great little pubs and kid friendly food. Downtown Waxhaw is a delight. Beds were comfortable and every possible thing you could need was thought of. Even Tony’s. Down south people know what this is. Overall I wish we had a few extra days to……

“My husband, my best friend and I traveled to Durango from Englewood to partake in the blues train. Last year when my husband and I went, we stayed at a hotel. but this year I booked this wonderful beautiful quiet apartment above the horse barn. The property is breathtaking! The accommodations were amazing rich dark woods western theme of course. The beds were great! The barbecue grill needed propane and Steve, the ranch hand obliged us right away. I can’t say enough good things about this……

“We absolutely loved this property! It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. Since we were all adults, we loved that there were queen/king beds in all bedrooms instead of the bunk beds in so many other properties. The only minor issues we had were that the large microwave over the stove didn’t seem to be working, and one bed (the one with the burgundy comforter) did not have a mattress pad. We would most definitely book this property again,……
