“Unfortunately, despite the decent ratings i'm giving them overall, there was a wedding on the night we stayed. This of course is a wondaful thing and we wish the happy couple the best. However we went to Briars to have a quiet night in the country, and if they had told us that our room would be directly above the wedding, in a very old, non-sound proofed room, then obviously we wouldn't have booked it. The noise was so loud that we could not even hear the TV. Better communication and honesty……

“Property is old, bed was modern clean and comfortable. Ensuite was functional, but in need of maintenance. ”

“When we arrived, the air-conditioner/heater did not work. The staff had to be contacted by phone. The problem was that the batteries in the remote were dead. The staff person directed us where to find on the site the replacement batteries, and the problem was quickly solved.”

“This is the first time I’ve stayed here and would definitely stay here again the rooms are very comfortable modern with lovely furnishings the bathroom was also lovely with a sensor light Would highly recommend this place 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Big cabin with a little lounge room. Easy parking. Liked the bunk beds with the double on the bottom. A nice 15 minute walk to town. Would have liked to stay longer!”
