My home is located in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. Open concept main floor with plenty of windows for sunlight. 75" TV, sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen, dining table, half washroom, Laundry room. 2nd floor3bedrooms ( 1 king bed and 2 queen beds) 2 full bathrooms .
Parking available in garage and the driveway. NOTE:- backyard is not included.

Great location and home!
The location was great for everything we need to do and go to. The trails in the area were great to get some exercise. The home had a very good layout and had most everything we needed. It was a very nice jester by the owner to put up a Christmas tree. My grandchildren loved it and it made a great Christmas for us away from home. Being able to use the garage was a great bonus.

Its very basic.
If youre looking for a basic spot for a family this place is adequate. It is, in my opinion over priced for services provided. The whole back yard was closed off and also the door wouldnt open, I am certain this violates safety for an emergency access. Also, on the day off I received a message with the over reaching need from the owner of all the cleaning I had to do or a threat of a cleaning charge would be applied to my account. The fact that it qasnt cleaned when I got their and did a repair for a broken light for the homeowner. Did not even get a thank you. I wouldnt stay here again.

Beautiful and clean home
I have rented this property twice in a row, first time we were a group of 15 (including children) and second time a group of 7. Home was clean, and had everything we needed for a beautiful stay. Host response was prompt. I will definitely book this home again if I am in Winnipeg. Overall great place, super quiet, and beautiful environment which I absolutely love!
